§ Mr. Aubrey JonesIn the absence of any interest in the factory by an industrial firm, I invited the Staffordshire County Council, as the planning authority, to consider what use might be made of the site. In the consideration given by the Council to this question, my Department acts in an advisory rôle, helping in particular with information about the site.
