§ Mr. Ian HarveyMy right hon. and learned Friend receives full and regular reports from the United Kingdom permanent representative on the North Atlantic Council and, as the right hon. Member knows, my right hon. and learned Friend attends the Council himself from time to time. The state of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation is periodically reviewed by its member Governments, including Her Majesty's Government. No special measures to this end are required.
