§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe issues outstanding with the late elected Government were explained in my statement on 25th March. That Government resigned in April and further discussions have been with the Governor. I announced on 31st July the measures that Her Majesty's Government had decided upon, in consultation with the Governor, to deal with the economic problems of Malta.
