§ Mr. GodberThe Milk Marketing Board and the Milk distributors are considering whether it would be practicable12W for changes in the retail price of milk to take effect on a Sunday instead of on the first of the month. If they can agree to this my right hon. Friend will be glad to consider making changes only on a Sunday.
