Mr. J. Lindsay

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will now announce the terms of reference and the membership of the proposed committee on the composition of milk.

Mr. John Hare

The Committee's terms of reference will be as followsTo consider the composition of milk sold off farms in the United Kingdom from the standpoint both of human nutrition and of animal husbandry and to recommend any legislative or other changes that may be desirable.

The Chairman will be Dr. J. W. Cook, F.R.S., D.Sc., Ph.D., F.R.I.C., Vice-Chancellor of Exeter University, and the following have agreed to serve as members of the Committee:
