45. Mr. B. Harrisonasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he will make a grant to improve the road bridge on A12 between Kelvedon and Feering, near the Railway Tavern, so as to assist the flow of traffic and reduce the risks to pedestrians.
§ Mr. NugentThe best solution for Kelvedon's traffic problems is a by-pass, and we are considering this for inclusion in our future road programme. In these circumstances we are not planning improvements to the bridge at the present time.
