§ 61. Mr. Prenticeasked the Minister of Labour what reply has been sent to the recent inquiry from the Governing Body of the International Labour Organisation concerning the freedom of movement of trade union officials in Northern Rhodesia, asking how far they have been able to resume their trade union functions in full freedom, now that more than a year has elapsed since the ending of the state of emergency.
