Mr. Swinglerasked the Prime Minister if Her Majesty's Government will participate with the United States and Soviet Governments in technical discussions on methods of control and detection of nuclear tests; and if he will propose to the heads of the United States and Soviet Governments a trial period of cessation of tests whilst these discussions proceed.
