§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe circumstances in which the police are empowered to remove vehicles from the roads or to move vehicles on the roads are laid down in The Removal of Vehicles (England and Wales) Regulations, 1957. I have given no instructions to the Metropolitan Police on this matter.
