§ Sir A. Bossomasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will, by means of a leaflet or other forms of publicity, give farmers a clear explanation of the Government's aims with regard to Clause 2 of the Agriculture Bill, so that they may know exactly what is intended.
