§ Mr. AlportI assume that the hon. Member refers to the Committee appointed by the Basutoland National Council in October, 1956, to advise it about its reply to my noble Friend's offer to consider proposals for giving the Council certain law-making powers. I understand that this report is likely to be ready for consideration by the Council within the next few weeks.
