§ Mr. Croninasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will bring up to date the figures given in Table XVII and paragraph 219 of Command Paper No. 9333 and provide approximate estimates for 1957–58 and 1958–59 of the cost in tax relief to the Exchequer on the same lines as the estimates given in paragraph 230 of Command Paper No. 9333 indicating, at the same time, the method of computation.
