§ Mr. Iain MacleodDraughtsmen and supervisory staff are eligible for consideration under the Resettlement Transfer Scheme unless they are of professional or executive status. Such workers have always been outside the Resettlement Transfer Scheme, but I am considering whether the line of demarcation needs to be modified in the light of present circumstances.
