§ Mr. Ian HarveyWork on the British site is nearing completion and will be finished in good time for the opening date of 17th April. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sir John Balfour, the United Kingdom Commissioner General for the Exhibition, and his colleagues in both Government and industry, whose efforts are ensuring that this country is making a very worthy and effective contribution to the Exhibition.
