§ Mr. AlportOf the licensed public transport vehicles in Basutoland, 16 are operated by the South African Road Motor Services, 16 by residents of the Union of South Africa and 147 by residents of Basutoland. Of these 147 residents of Basutoland, 110 are Africans, 25 are Asians or Coloureds and 12 are Europeans.
