§ Mr. Rawlinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware of the condition and characteristics of the building in which the South Western Magistrates' Court administers justice; and when this court will be properly housed.
164W
§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI know, and regret, the deficiencies of the temporary premises in which the court is at present housed. The rebuilding of this court has first claim on the resources that can be devoted to the building of courts in London, but I cannot yet say when it will be possible to make a start.
