§ 52. Mr. Chetwyndasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he will exempt from vehicle tests vehicles which are used solely for rallies and exhibitions organised by such bodies as the Veteran Car Club and the Vintage Motor Cycle Club.
