Hyndasked the Prime Minister whether in view of the national and international demonstrations of growing public concern regarding the dangers of the competitive development of nuclear and thermo-nuclear weapons, he will invite immediate discussions with the heads of the other two nuclear Powers on this situation as a matter of urgency.
