§ Captain Kerbyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in view of the fact that they have ignored the provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Acts, 1931 to 1949, and of the scheme which they administer, if he will determine the appointments of those members of the Tomato and Cucumber Marketing Board who were appointed by him.
