§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydI do not think that all the 200 or more technical colleges engaged in advanced work need offer facilities for research, but there should be more which do, and the facilities could often be better. I have in Circular No. 336 drawn the attention of local education authorities to the recommendations of the Willis Jackson Committee on this point.
