§ 71. Mr. E. Fletcherasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department on what grounds he has refused the application of Joaquim Perez-Selles for political asylum in this country; and whether he is aware that if Selles, who is a Spanish anti-Fascist, is required to return to Spain he will almost certainly be exposed to most serious persecution for political reasons.
