Mr. Pagetasked the Prime Minister what answer he proposes to send to the resolution of the Northampton Borough Council deploring the Government's decision to discontinue specific grants for education and expressing the opinion of the council that this decision will frus- 66W trate their endeavours to provide a progressively higher standard of education.
