§ 82. Mr. Goughasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will set up tribunals empowered to hear appeals from tenants in communities of houses or flats in the same ownership who are threatened with eviction, authorising these tribunals to grant short leases at rents in line with the comparable property in the same ownership.
