§ The Prime MinisterThe Council on Productivity, Prices and Incomes is an independent body, and the Government are not responsible for the views it expresses. As regards the second part of the Question, my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer answers Questions on the general economic policy of the Government. Most Questions arising from the Council's Report should therefore be addressed to him. There 29W are, however, some matters for which other Ministers are responsible, for example, my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour.
