§ 71. Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what steps he is taking in conjunction with the National Farmers' Union to encourage work study schemes in the industry.
§ Mr. John HareMy Department and other agricultural organisations are taking part in arrangements for training in the application of work study techniques. Those bodies and the agricultural departments have been glad to take advantage of facilities generously provided by a large commercial concern for an intensive course now being held to train a limited number of specialists. I wish to develop work study activities in close association with the National Farmers' Union and other agricultural organisations within the limits of the resources available to the advisory services.
