§ 90. Mr. Swinglerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to what extent the regulations prohibiting the holding of African political meetings in Kenya have now been relaxed.
§ Mr. ProfumoThe temporary ban on African political meetings in Nairobi was raised on 20th February. It will still be necessary to obtain the usual permit under the regulations governing any public meeting.
