§ Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress has been made in the implementation of Recommendation 155 of the Council of Europe relating to a European Civil Service.
§ Mr. Ian HarveyThe Ministers' Deputies had a preliminary discussion about this Recommendation at their meeting on 4th February and will resume their examination of it when they meet on 24th March.
