§ 55. Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Minister of Health if he will give the numbers of young women who cannot secure places as student nurses in the London teaching hospitals; and what system there is whereby these may be allocated to the provincial hospitals.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithI have no precise information about the numbers of these young women. They are, of course, free to apply for admission to any other training hospital, and they are commonly advised to do so.
