§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, since Harris Tweed is a cloth of distinctive character which does not compete with any class of Canadian textiles, he will make representations to the Canadian Government to consider exempting it from the increased Canadian import duties.
