Mr. Shurmerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department in view of the existing provisions for the licensing of hairdressing establishments and the need to ensure that hairdressers are skilled and qualified in their trade, if he will introduce legislation to compel the individual registration of all persons engaged in this trade.
