§ Lord John HopeI regret that information as to the amount of agricultural land taken over for these purposes is not available but my hon. and gallant Friend may care to refer to Chapter 8 of the Department of Agriculture's Annual Report for 1957 which shows the areas of agricultural land approved during the year for transfer to other uses.
