§ Mr. MaclayThe estimated cost is £140 per kilowatt installed compared with an average of £137 per kilowatt installed for all the schemes hitherto completed by the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board. The scheme is an integral part of the Boards programme which is designed to meet the steadily growing load in their own district and to give peak supplies of power to the South of Scotland.
