Friends, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the President of the Board of Trade, who will continue to take all means open to them to foster traditional industries and to interest those who have suitable new projects. The Western Isles are among the places where financial assistance under the Distribution of Industry (Industrial Finance) Act will be available if suitable projects come forward.
