§ Sir E. BoyleMy right hon. Friend knows that the school is poorly housed, but regrets he cannot at present approve proposals to replace schools of this kind. The authority's most recent representations were in a letter earlier this month expressing serious concern at the omission of the new school from the 1959–60 building programme. He has told the authority that he cannot reconsider his decision.
