§ 58. Mr. Brockwayasked the Minister of Defence if he will extend to those National Service reservists who are called up for part-time training the right, already given to those liable to recall under the Navy, Army, and Air Force Reserve Act, 1954, to appeal to a tribunal when they claim to have developed conscientious objection to military service.
