§ Mr. H. NichollsThere are already two doors in this netting, but they are kept locked. My right hon. Friend could not take responsibility for letting parties of visitors on to this narrow parapet. The wall is quite low in places, and anyone in a party overcome by giddiness would find great difficulty in getting back through the door. Furthermore, for six months of the year there is floodlighting equipment on the parapet which would be liable to damage.
