Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is aware that there is anxiety among law-abiding British subjects in Cyprus lest dangerous Cypriot prisoners at present confined in this country be returned to Cyprus before peaceful conditions are restored; and what steps he will take to allay such anxiety.
