§ 63. Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will give special attention to the need for road construction in the island of Dominica.
§ Mr. ProfumoI warmly support the Dominica Government in giving high priority to roads in allocating their development funds. Colonial Development and Welfare funds have borne most of the cost of three major roads and my right hon. Friend is considering with the Governor of the Windward Islands how a fourth can be financed.
