§ Mr. Lennox-BoydNo action of the sort referred to has been taken in the last five years, but as my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State said on 3rd July in answer to a previous Question on this subject, the Declaration was brought to the notice of colonial Governors when it was first drawn up and will be recalled to their attention this year in connection with its tenth anniversary.
