§ 67. Mr. Swinglerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to what extent Her Majesty's Government have co-operated in joint studies of ways and means of establishing a comprehensive system of social security in countries now entering upon more rapid economic and social development under United Kingdom administration, in accordance with the resolution of the United Nations Economic and Social Council at its 24th Session.
§ Mr. ProfumoThe resolution which I think the hon. Member has in mind related to joint studies by the United Nations Secretariat, the International Labour Organisation and other specialised agencies, and Her Majesty's Government have not been called upon to co-operate.
