§ Mr. Watkinsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he has yet considered the applications of the county councils of Brecon, Carmarthen and Monmouth to set up a joint advisory committee for the administration of the Brecon Beacons National Park; and whether he will make a statement.
