§ 57. Mr. Callaghanasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty what instructions have been given to Her Majesty's ships to keep a look out for, and to report on, vessels discharging oily waste into the sea in contravention of the Oil in Navigable Waters Act, 1955.
§ Mr. R. AllanNo instructions have been given since it is generally recognised that it would be invidious to do this, though commanding officers of Her Majesty's ships would be expected to report flagrant cases.
