§ Mr. Walker-SmithI have made inquiries and I am informed that the general position is as stated in the reply of 30th July. At the City General Hospital an improved emergency system is at present being installed to give instantaneous changeover, and a similar system is on order for Hartshill Orthopædic Hospital. Both these hospitals already have other emergency lighting systems.
