§ Mr. Bellengerasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the occupation officers in the State institutions of Broad-moor, Rampton, and Moss Side, who are civil servants, are treated differently from their counterparts in other establishments in the Civil Service; and if he will take steps to ensure that these officers receive the same conditions of service as those civilian instructors in other departments.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithThese officers have no true counterparts in the Civil Service and their conditions of service are determined through the machinery of the Central Whitley Committee for the State Institutions.
