§ Mr. Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that the Blackpool Town Council have a development scheme, the cost of which will be in the region of £7 million; and, in view of the Government's desire for restrictions on capital investments, &c., what action he proposes to take to restrict this development.
§ Mr. BevinsMy right hon. Friend has received no application from the council in respect of such a scheme. If and when he does so he will consider it in the light of all the relevant circumstances.
