§ 101. Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Minister of Health when he proposes to make Regulations under Section 21 of the Food and Drugs Act, 1955, for the licensing by local authorities of stalls and other places where food is sold; and what representations he has had on the matter from local authorities.
§ Mr. R. ThompsonMy right hon. and learned Friend is not satisfied that such Regulations are at present required. Three local authorities and the Metropolitan Boroughs Standing Joint Committee have written to my right hon. and learned Friend on this matter.
