101. Mr. Dannerasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that flick knives have been used recently in cases of murder and serious criminal injury; and whether he will take steps to discourage traders from selling these dangerous weapons particularly to young people.
§ Sir D. EcclesWe have asked traders to sell these knives only to customers known to have some legitimate use for them. It is difficult to see what further action the Board of Trade can take.
