§ Mr. K. ThompsonI must ask the hon. Member to await the presentation to Parliament of the Post Office's Estimates for 1958–59. He will, however, appreciate that as a commercial organisation the Post Office is in a special position as defined in the White Paper on Post Office Development and Finance presented in October, 1955.
