asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what decision has been made regarding the advice of the World Bank that the amount and form of assistance to Somaliland under Italian administration call for early action.

The General Assembly of the United Nations has examined the report of the International Bank mission and at its last session adopted unanimously a resolution requesting the Trusteeship Council to continue its study of requirements for the economic advancement of Somalia, in consultation with the Italian Administering Authority and the Government of Somalia. The Trusteeship Council has been asked to report again to the General Assembly at its thirteenth session.
