§ Mr. Lennox-BoydLast month I held exploratory discussions with a Sierra Leone delegation about changes in the executive side of Government and other related matters. In the light of these discussions the Sierra Leone Government has just published its proposals for constitutional changes in a White Paper which will be debated in the House of Representatives early in February. Following this debate I expect to receive a formal communication from the Sierra Leone Government. Until I have done so, I would prefer not to make any further statement.
